The Dog Chases the Wolf:
Before Nick could react, Dakotah started chasing after the wolf. He wasn’t sure if she thought the wolf was another dog to play with or if she intended to attack and defend her master. Nick was immediately terrified, knowing that the wolf could injure Dakotah with just one strike.
Unable to approach the formidable beast, as he had nothing to protect himself if the wolf directed its attention towards him, Nick kept his distance. As Dakotah got closer to the black wolf, what happened next shocked the photographer.
