During these attacks, at least three people were injured, and fires broke out in several districts of the city, such as in a school where students were hastily evacuated.

Kharkiv also impacted

On Sunday, September 1st, Kharkiv, the second-largest city in Ukraine, was significantly affected. Bombs ripped through a shopping mall, resulting in about fifty injuries, including children. Russian President Vladimir Putin praised the offensive of his army in Ukraine. The month of August witnessed the most extensive Russian advance since October 2022.
