Veronica set down her fishing rod and held Archie in her arms. “What’s the matter, buddy?” Then, the bear did something she never expected. He started roaring. Louder and louder. Eventually, Veronica realized that he was trying to get her attention so she would notice what he had seen. “What is he trying to tell me?” thought the perplexed woman.
She tried to decipher the roars. Suddenly, Archie raised his paw and pointed toward the shore. “Does he want to show me something?” When Veronica carefully looked in the same direction, she saw something very surprising.
