More Anxieties
Another day passed by normally, but Tom’s anxiety only grew worse. He knew that the man could come back at any moment, and he didn’t want to be caught off guard. He kept a constant lookout, searching for any clues.
As the day came to an end, Tom finally received a call from Dave. “It’s time,” Dave said. “Go to the park and wait for further instructions.” Tom hurried and waited until a man approached him. The man had a bag, and Tom knew it had to be money.
