Most people probably know that the reason for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s divorce was Angelina Jolie. But not many people know that “Brangelina” almost didn’t happen. When it comes to the movie “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” originally Nicole Kidman was supposed to star alongside Pitt. However, he felt that there was no chemistry between them on screen.
As a result, Brad wasn’t convinced to do the film. Though the official reason cited for Nicole Kidman not being in the film was a scheduling conflict between two movies. However, things dramatically changed when Angelina Jolie was cast in place of Nicole. No one in their right mind could argue that there was a lack of chemistry between Brad and Angelina. (Even without knowing that this film marked the beginning of their relationship.)
